Booking & payments
How do I book Moonlight Chalet?
Use the availability form on the chalet page, or send an inquiry with your dates and group size. We confirm quickly and offer our best rate when you book direct — no service fees.
What is the payment schedule?
50% of the reservation cost is due at booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you book within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 30 days before arrival for a 95% refund. Within 30 days of arrival, the reservation is non-refundable. See our full policy.
Arrival & the stay
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Entry is keyless and self-service, available 24 hours, via a private entrance.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 12 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults, across three bedrooms plus a game-room sofa bed. No unregistered guests or visitors are permitted.
Is there fast internet and a workspace?
Yes — 500+ Mbps WiFi, an Ethernet connection and a laptop-friendly workspace, plus access to the resort co-working space.
Is parking available?
Yes, free on-site parking with self check-in. Full driving and parking directions are shared before arrival.
What should we know about weather and wildlife?
Mountain weather can change quickly across seasons, so pack layers. You're also sharing the space with local wildlife — please secure food and trash and pick up after yourselves to deter critters and bears.
Policies
Are pets allowed?
To keep the home pristine, pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $1,500 fine plus a $500 deep-cleaning fee.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking anywhere on the property results in a $1,500 fine and a $500 deep-cleaning fee.
Can we bring children?
Absolutely — the home is family-friendly with bunk beds, stair and baby safety gates and a game room. Please supervise children around the hot tub, stairs and fire pit.
What is the minimum age to rent?
The minimum age to rent is 25, unless approved in advance. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM, and parties are not permitted without prior approval. See the full house rules.
