House rules
A few simple guidelines keep Moonlight Chalet beautiful for you and for every family who follows.
Check-in & check-out
- Check-in: after 4:00 PM (keyless, 24-hour self check-in).
- Check-out: before 10:00 AM.
Who can stay
- Minimum age to rent is 25, unless otherwise approved in advance.
- Maximum occupancy is 12 guests (8 adults). No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
No pets
This is a pet-free home. Guests who allow unauthorized pets will be subject to a $1,500 fine, plus an additional $500 deep-cleaning fee.
No smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Smoking will result in a $1,500 fine and a $500 deep-cleaning fee.
Respect the home & neighbors
- No parties without prior approval.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- No drugs or illegal activities on the property.
- Strictly no weapons of any form allowed.
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
Hot tub & fire pit safety
- Do not stand on the hot tub handles or cover.
- Supervise children around the hot tub, stairs and fire pit at all times.
- No wood, trash, paper or boxes should be placed in the fire pit.
Sharing the mountains with wildlife
You are in the mountains, which means you're sharing your space with some wildlife. Please pick up after yourself and secure food and trash to deter critters and bears.
