What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Entry is keyless and self-service, available 24 hours, so you can arrive on your own schedule.
How many guests can the chalet sleep?
Moonlight Chalet comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests (maximum 8 adults) across three bedrooms and a game-room sofa bed, with king beds and bunk configurations.
Are pets allowed?
To keep the home pristine for every guest, we do not allow pets. Unauthorized pets are subject to a fine and deep-cleaning fee, as noted in our house rules.
How close is the national park?
You're about 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and the edge of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, with popular trailheads roughly 15 minutes away.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 30 days before arrival for a 95% refund. Within 30 days of arrival, the reservation is non-refundable. Full details are on our cancellation page.
